Would you mind going into more detail on what you exactly mean? Are you trying to use a certain type of controller with your PC? We apologize, but we're not sure what you mean by your device not being supported. 

It just says Verification Required then tells me sorry your device or network doesn't support loading the enforcement challenge and to visit EA Help

Summarize your bug When loading in I receive a pop up saying enforcement challenge and says my device isn’t compatible to load it so I can’t play my MUT. I recently downloaded the app on my phone and have been active in auction as well as grinding trying get good cards.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take the block off my account that’s makes it think I’m a robot.
What happens when the bug occurs? When pop up comes I can’t even go back to screen. I have to shut down whole program. I already look in a forum and went thru start up trouble shooting
What do you expect to see? No pop up. Or tell me what to download to fix it. On the phone it will load but not on my computer
