Why are madden servers so bad?

I would genuinely like an EA employee to explain to me why Madden servers crash consistently. You can't play the game for even an hour consecutively without it kicking you out and then you cannot get back in either for the rest of the day. I have played every Madden since Madden 18 and the same issue has persisted. I couldn't be typing this post if it was an issue with my wifi. My Xbox account is fine, again I couldn't be logging in to Madden at all if it wasn't. So I'd like to get an explanation as to why this issue has NEVER been remotely close to fixed. I want an answer. I'm not the only one. More than 70 percent of your players probably want the same.

For reference I am on Madden 23, you might ask why I'm not even playing Madden 24, probably because I don't want to buy an entirely different console just to get new features that probably won't even work anyways.
