Why are my MUT point purchases in Steam failing?

Everytine I try to add points with my steam wallet it tells me “please wait while we process the purchase” & then it says “please reconnect to see your point balance updated. Don’t worry your purchase was completed successfully “ please what do I do to fix this

    @NohaGrease To check have you ever used a different payment method and had it work?

    Also, have you contacted Steam support to see if they can see any attempted purchase go to your wallet?

    Hi @NohaGrease To confirm do the purchases not complete when this happens?

    When you have a moment, we can try the following and check if this improves:

  • That is correct. The purchases never go through and I still have the money in my steam wallet. It is the correct amount for the points I am attempting to buy but it is still giving me the same message when I attempt to buy points
