Summarize your bug After calling my last timeout my team disappears and I am forced to quit because there’s nothing I can do. I have multiple videos showing this true
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play head to head and use all your time outs
What happens when the bug occurs? Often seems to be when In close games
What do you expect to see? A fix so I can go back to playing the game I love, I have gotten 6 loses to this and has * up my records

We've seen this happen from players that have custom rosters downloaded to their system. Can you go to your roster section and delete any custom rosters you have to see if that clears it up?I'll try it ea trash

Summarize your bug Playbook will pop up empty. When I pick a play, the opposing defense will show up but user offense won’t. Press X twice and it causes me to lose a down and restarts the whole process

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use custom playbook and big will happen randomly
What happens when the bug occurs? Literally nothing until game is restarted
What do you expect to see? Offense won’t appear until you restart game

So we are supposed to Delete the rosters and Draft Classes we are using? One of the funnest parts of Franchise is using real college players in drafts, and you just tell the community to delete them. You guys are paid to create video games, then when they are released, you fix the things that don’t work, and make the community happy. As a Washington fan, every single one of you is a reincarnation of Bruce Allen (Damn Good Culture guy) You just pretend to live in your own world and think the fan base is happy. It’s not. PUT EFFORT INTO THE GAME

From what I've been able to gather from the past this appears to be due to corrupted roster files. We can gather information for the team to look into testing this out on their side, can you reply back with the following info:
- Origin ID/Gamertag/PSN ID
- Platform
- Have you tried reinstalling the game?
- Have you tried deleting the rosters and re-download them?
- Do you have an external hard drive for your XB1/PS4?
- Do you have anything plugged into the USB slots for the console and does this happen when it's disconnected?
- Do you notice anything specific happen just prior to this occurring?
- Does this happen with normal rosters or only custom created rosters?

Summarize your bug No players on field at end of half or game when a timeout or clock stoppage under 10 seconds. I see the defense but I don’t have any offensive players. The only option in the playbook is previous plays but if you pick a play my players disappear.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a custom playbook and have game stoppage under ten seconds either half.
What happens when the bug occurs? All my players disappear and my playbook is blank other than previous play.
What do you expect to see? My players. If it’s a certain play or formation I need to eliminate I will so this bug could cease.

Can anyone help I am having the same problem I was told it was the custom playbook, it happens at the end of the game with seconds left on the clock, during CFM. when it happens I either get a safety or I will have to quit the game because no men are on the field for my team

Is your league using a custom roster by any chance?
This just happened to me in an offline PC franchise. I had 3 players completely disappear from my roster and the league, I was in year 11 or so of the franchise and they were all under contract and nowhere near retirement age with solid ratings. Happened right after I moved into the free agency phase. Had already saved before I realized that they were gone. Was completely baffled when looking through the FA list why the game was saying I had zero players at several positions where I knew I had players at so I went to check and sure enough they outright disappeared. Very aggravating.
