My servers on Madden 23 keep crashing all the time!!! I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it. (Didn’t work)
Ive restored licenses (didn’t work) what the hell do I need to do so I can play the game I bought???

There's a good chance this is connection related. We should go through some troubleshooting. First, do you play on a wired or wireless connection? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
That didn’t work!! I got ultra high speed internet and it is a wired connection. What do I do next this * is getting irritating!!!
Community ManagerThanks for trying that. Make sure your ethernet cables aren't damaged at all. Also, they should be at least Cat 6. Something else to try is using alternate DNS settings. Those instructions are here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
Did all of that and it still don’t work
I have not been able to log in for the past 4 days+ to MUT solo challenges. I'm getting the following message 100% of the time:
"Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."
I am then dumped back to the main menu. This is very, very frustrating - I've dumped money into bonus content and can't even use it... Can't get support anywhere on here either... the troubleshooting tool directs you to follow EA's FIFA Twitter as the final step. I'm at wit's end here... do I just dispute the bonus content charges with my bank for services not rendered?
