@CoolwaterPSN they must be having a agreement with Sony/Microsoft but I guess the first for not rolling those updates out for PC to sell more consoles. But I hope that EA realises that a lot of people won't buy a console or the game. PC gamers have most of the times a (far) superior gaming machine compared to a playstation/xbox.
I just hope now that they won't ruin F1 the only good sports game by EA left for PC.
What do PC users have to do to get the next gen version of the game ported to PC? Any decent gaming PC is more than powerful enough to run the game. Does anyone at EA look at twitter and see how many frustrated PC users there are? Many of us have been purchasing every Madden since the 90's and we are left out. I understand that PC players are the smallest demographic, but I also know I am not the only one that is not purchasing this years version of the game just for the updated roster. If all we get is last gen with updated rosters at least provide it at a significant discount. Also, for the love of all that holy please fix franchise mode. It was better in 2004 than it has been in the last 18 years. Looking forward to a response.

- @EA_Blueberry Thank you for confirming what has been said about the exclusivity of FieldSense. As per the original question, can you get an explanation as to why?

I've already passed along the sentiment we're seeing here from the PC community and asked if there is an answer as to why the team went in this direction. If there any updates on this we will share it here. @Ripcurlbro13 you can get the roster updates other ways just saying.
@EA_Blueberry thank you for forwarding the questions asked. It is just really frustrating for people who have more than enough hardware to be passed on again of playing madden, I just hope EA realises they dropped the ball here. In steam you have more football games, yes made by idie devs. For example maximum football just lacks in game gameplay but has honestly a better franchise system than madden has. Secondly we can get the roster updates from mods. Why would we pay 60dollars for a roster update, that is what madden 23 last gen is at this point, if we can get it for free? Honestly I think that I speak for everyone who plays madden on PC, the lack of crossplay and the full game experience is hurting your sales and pushes a lot of potential buyers away. We won't buy a console for madden alone. We want to play the full on the best systems and those systems are not a playstation 5 or an xbox series X or S. I know we are not your main sales, but then don't release a version on the game where no one asked for, and pass on us entirely, that is the feeling EA is giving usyway.
Can you tell us why?

@TWJanssen It shouldn't be that way though. We should be able to get the full game not some watered down game that is nowhere near as good gameplay wise. FieldSense seems cool and PCs could definitely handle that.
@JMEllis2020 no shouldn't be but charging 60 dollars for a roster update without any of that "fieldsence" stuff is worse rhan downloading some mods.
