Why is my Madden account banned?

@shepardbreed have you tried calling them? I've called the past 2 days and I honestly feel like they have my number blocked because I call now it tells me that they don't have representatives available. EA is a jock, I literally wouldn't be mad if I actually did something to exploit the game, but I literally don't do anything but play the game.

@socomkid24 did you ever get this resolved??? I have recently been banned the same way and can't get a response from anyone

@Anonymous they banned you because its technically called "coin distribution" if your friend sends your coins in anyway in this game. I even got banned for it 3 days ago and I've literally never helped a friend out or sent coins to anyone

This is exactly what just happened to me and what happened on Madden 22 four times. Three times they overturned it after appealing but not the final time. 

I just had $2,000,000+ disappear and my auction house is locked along with the banned email I just received. 

“coin distribution” is something I don’t even know know to do or what it is 

someone said it’s bots / AI that thinks we cheat when we buy low and sell high. 

my actual problem is this - almost everytime we appeal and they respond, it’s an auto response of “we

investigsted and we will mot be removing the ban. We were right to bam you for breaking the rules. 

how do we get ahold of an actual person that will listen and calmly research to determine we didn’t do it? There has to be enough strings of code to investigate  and prove we didn’t do this.

In your banned account you can download your information, it is the only thing you can actually still do when banned, in there you can see what happened. This is how I found out how people tried to hack my account from tunesia en Turkey. This is apparentely the reason for banning me. Not sure why they coudn't tell me this. When making a ticket, choose hacked and avoid using the words blocked or banned, cause this will trigger an automatic system which will give you an automatic answer.

I succeeded and finally a REAL person is checking my case.
