I tried every step I was on the phone for 3 hours. I requested your call 3 times I never got it. I've been waiting patiently for this problem to be resolved. Are you guys going to help us with this issue or just ignore us?

- I am having the same problem. Tried to reset the system and the router and still doesnt work. Any solution?
- What i did was i closed the application then i went to open it again and it says it is updating and has on option to start the application without updating so maybe it never updated. Hope this helped!!!
