I am having that same problem. Can't connect to EA servers but all my PSN functions work just fine. And I signed in and out. Reset router check, sign in out pan check.
- I have the same thing pop up on mine. Let's go EA, can you respond? Been waiting for days.
- Everyone just make sure everything is updated and the latest stuff downloaded.
I don't know why it doesn't prompt you to do so, but it fixed it for me.

- I uninstalled/reinstalled the game. When it was done reinstalling the game and update, it wouldn't launch the application. I just restored licenses, restarted the PS4, and everything is working now.
- I'm sorry that you're having these problems with your PlayStation. It sucks right. All you need to do is rest the time. And it will be running just fine.
