On Oct 28th I was wrongfully coin wiped and auction house banned for the Elway set. I went to a solo battles game when I got out I saw my coins was missing and my auction house was locked. I just wanna know what I have to do get my stuff back I got coin wiped during the strategy card debacle also but got unbanned days later. Today my MUT coins have been blocked and deleted. I do not understand what has happened since I have not committed any infraction, I do not know what I am accused of. I don't have a second or third account, I don't have friends linked to my game account, I don't know anyone who plays Madden since I'm Spanish and it's a completely unknown game here, all the people I play with I imagine are North Americans and I don't I do not communicate with them in any way, I do not know how I could "cheat" or how I am accused of it. The only thing I have done is spend many hours looking at player prices and selling what is supposed to be cheap at a high price, basically, the law of supply and demand. I don't see a problem, right? I hope that all my coins will be refunded quickly since without them it is very difficult for me to continue playing and be able to compete. Thank you and sorry if there is any mistake with the English, as I have already said, I am Spanish and it is very difficult for me to understand, write or speak English so I have to communicate with a translator.

Your “terms of service team” does absolutely nothing to help anyone with this problem. All they do is tell you that they won’t overturn the coin wipe when their bot system is clearly broken. Now they wont help me anymore even though my problem has not been fixed. Absolute joke, I need someone who can actually help me get my millions of coins back.

If our TOS team @jva781965 cannot after multiple independent investigations find evidence to support overturning a ban then it will not happen.

Then what am I supposed to do? Everytime I ask for a reason I was even banned in the first place they cant even tell me why. It is pretty clear that people who did the Elway set were wrongfully coin wiped I am not sure why they will not overturn the bans.

buddy this happened on october 17th reached out on the 18th got the ban overturned i just need to get the auction house lock lifted. i have emials form ToS saying to reach put to customer support tp fix the problem
