16 teams are required for LVL now?

We just had our first spin in LVL. There are a bunch of unknown teams in our league in the tournament that are labeled cpu. Is this a new requirement to have 16 teams? If so, a heads up would’ve been...

I have 2 that play off an on but the other 8 grind in LvL daily. Some have been with me from Season 1.

We finished in top 300 but should have been higher. Because of hitting all the league rewards before Christmas and not much incentive for them to continue to play! New Season, new goals so we’re motivated!
