5+ elite kickers and 25+ gold kickers missing from team

A couple days ago, 04/06/2016 to 04/07/2016 between [11:00 PM] on 04/06/2016 and [7:00 AM] on 04/07/2016 (CST), players that I posted to the AH were unsold (because I posted them for 99,999,998 bid and 99,999,999 buy now) and I did not receive them.

I contacted EA Help, and after waiting about a day, I provided them with a list of the players I lost, along with information on my account: 

"The elite kickers were a combination of 85 overall Mason Crosby cards and 87 overall Adam Vinatieri cards

The gold kickers were a combination of (I believe) 80 overall Graham Gano cards, 80 overall Matt Prater cards, an 82 overall Blair Walsh card, 82 overall Ndamukong Suh cards, and 82 overall Shayne Graham cards"

· User ID (this is a numeric ID located in game and can be found by having scroll past the in game credits after which you will see the User ID) - 214*****

· Type of request (Compromised account; Failed auction; Failed to grant reward; Failed store / marketplace purchase) - Players posted for auction not given back after auctions expired (5+ elite kickers and 25+ gold kickers)

· Date and time when the incident took place in a format of mm/dd/yyyy, between [HH:mm] and [HH:mm] - 04/06/2016 to 04/07/2016 between [11:00 PM] on 04/06/2016 and [7:00 AM] on 04/07/2016"

After they investigated, they claimed the players were, in fact, on my account, and that I should check my inventory for those players. After I checked my account, I notified EA Help that I could not find any of those aforementioned players. They told me to logout and log back in in order to find my players, to which I tried force closing the game and reopening it, logging out of my account and logging back in, deleting the game sand re-installing it, restarting my device and trying everything prior again; but none of the items are were my entire inventory or were unsold in the "My Auctions" tab.

They then told me to report the bug here, with no indication that I would be able to get my players back.
