5x Elite Coach Select Pack not able to select coach

We were instructed to post this here. We cannot select the coaches from the 5X Elite Coach Select Pack from the rewards over the past weekends tournament. Also, you can flip the coaches but as it will not allow you to select one, you are also stuck on the screen and have to reload the game to get off of it. Is there a resolution soon for this? I had posted this on EAMaddenMobile site on twitter if you need to see a pic of what I'm talking about as they redirected this to you. Thanks

me too.
I could select some coach but couldn't select other coach.
I had selected LEWIS to continue this game but I don't consent this choice, because My best choice is P. CARROLL.
I would like to return 5x LEWIS of course if I get 5x P. CARROL.

I'm having same problem..cmon EA, C ant be that hard to swap our packs out. I was offered a pro pack for this...give us an elite pack!

Yes. Please swap these packs out. 5 elite coaches are worth quite a bit.

Even if you select one of the two choices, the other four did not go into your inventory as it says they would at the top of this screen. I wanted Tomlin, the Elite Coach that has been assigned in my Locker for a long time. He is a Level 2 with 0/4 towards Level 3. This would have leveled him up to Level 3 plus one towards Level 4. Please remedy. This is a widespread issue that you have acknowledged. We just want the content you told us we could select.

I had this issue as well and they also asked me to post here. So frustrating
I have now been on the phone with them twice and still no resolution

@doubleja69 how did EA fix this for you and when? Were you able to select the Elite Coach you wanted?
