99% loading bug

When I try to load into event challenges, arena drives and LvL matches my game will reach 99% and then just stop and will not take me into the game. I close the app, nothing. I offload the app, nothing. I check for phone/game updates, nothing. I shut my phone off, nothing. I uninstall, nothing. I am very upset because I have spent a lot money and time on this game and get a lot of the same bugs and issues and it’s been going on for days and still no updates. It is preventing me to claim various rewards and ruining my enjoyment.
