99 speed dri archer slower than all defensive players

Question

I just got my 83 ovr 99 speed dri archer to help me grind emmitt smith but hes trash. when ever he breaks away all the defensive players are like 150 speeds and catch him. REALLY EA!.

just wondering if anyone has a solution or maybe ea can help me. thanks

That's how it's designed to be. You cannot break off long runs, you cannot outrun the defenders (although the AI can do it to you). Welcome to Madden.

Yep so true. Not just him but any player with 99 spd and 99 acc this will happen to. Welcome to madden.
