@EA_Blueberry I have a full AFC lineup and I’ve received some rewards, but not every game rewards me!How do I recover rewards earned but not awarded???See pics:

@lkbroach Our team is able to grant missing rewards for events. For this event though, it may be difficult to verify the lineup used for the past game to determine if all AFC players were used. Our Support teams may have some limitations on what they can grant and verify. For this particular situation I'll let the team know about this bug and I know it's not comforting to hear but I can only advise to attempt it again. Thank you for raising this to us. Your help here for the community doesn't go unnoticed.

@imt6y So, I save my Lineup on an “AFC” tab, I then search for AFC players and upgrade my lineup to all AFC and save it!However, when I come back to it after going back to my Default Lineup, it doesn’t show all AFC like it did initially! Have you experienced that? When you come back to use your AFC Lineup is it still all AFC players? My Lineup does not show all AFC and I have to search all over again!And I just posted another thread AFC/NFC FULL LINEUP to see if I can get help with the keys I’ve earned, but not rewarded.I do get keys for full lineup but using my same going on to the next game in chain I don’t get the keys and it’s frustrating!Are you getting keys for every game??

@lkbroach Yes! It threw me for a loop. But the game automatically searched for what is algorithm says is the best team per AFC/NFC or whatever game. The crux is.. if you try to sub 1 player it reverts back automatically BUT if you have a saved lineup for that gane... you can switch to that dav feed lineup.Not exactly what you were saying but that was my experience and my work-around.

Thanks for the insight, @imt6y @lkbroach Have you been subbing out players after it automatically creates it for you? I'll be great if you can get the credit you've deserved and we can also confirm the behavior causing it.

@EA_Blueberry What do you mean?

I search for all AFC Players on Team screen then update it to replace out all non AFC players. I showed an example where some games gave me credit but most do not!

I’ve replayed two of the games where it didn’t give me credit so I lost that stamina and I’m missing enough of the credits not to be able to get the rewards in Trades.

I only want the credits earned.

Here it is again in the NFC Journey game!

I had a FULL NFC LINEUP in all the games but it only recognized it in this game I’ve uploaded for you to see!
Can you please appeal to the Team that they need to look into my games to see that it’s happening on both AFC and NFC games.
I know they can say I had an NFC/AFC lineup only at that time, but that’s not true and you know me all to well I would not be trying to scam the games!!! It’s not worth it to me to try to “game” them, as it’s just an entertainment game to me and if they don’t give them to me “no big deal” but why not investigate why I’m experiencing this and give me the rewards I’ve earned? If they research my account they’ll see I’m not just a casual player who only plays for free. And whether I spend $$ or play for free shouldn’t impact either way as they should be very interested in the integrity of “Their” game and when quirks come up they should look into them to improve their game.
Also, I own my own biz, Founder/CEO and the premiere “Non Profit” Private k-12, Special Ed group of schools in Florida, CES-Schools.net and the good Lord has a great sense of humor because I dropped out of HS and College and yet He still used me to head an Educational Company and I have no degree! 😉 I’m throwing that out because I want to show my integrity and I’m not boasting or thinking I’m someone special, because I’m not!
Anyway, please just run this up the chain of command and see if my appeal is worth their effort and give me the rewards I’ve earned???
One suggestion I have for them is to either give me a Stamina Award to replay the games I didn’t get credit for a full lineup or the actual rewards if they have the ability to actually go into my game as if they were me? Can they?
Sorry for the long read but I don’t know what else to do!

Ok Blue….. here I can show you in progression where I had a full lineup of AFC players and got the reward for the first challenge and didn’t get them in the next full lineup challenge using the same lineup as the first!
Please throw this up the ladder that they have a glitch and I’m losing out on the Trade Rewards Bonus Keys I’ve earned but not received.
They have to be able to give me at least some kind of Stamina reimbursement or AFC Bonus Keys cause it’s ripping me off and you know me, I’m Def not trying to game EA!!

@lkbroach Hey I haven't read through all of this but one thing I did was I made alternative lineups.. one for AFC, NFC, and another for programs. But this way instead of relying on the game to insert my intended lineup I can always just 'switch to' my desired lineup.

Another nugget to watch watch out for is the uniforms a player might be wearing in their picture didn't necessarily mean that's the team they're on. It has tripped me a couple times.

@imt6yThanks! I’ll do that and I knew that the picture may not be the team they currently are on!

Here’s the thing for me though….. I go to my team and then hit the search icon for all AFC Players and then hit update team. After I do that, I carefully look over all my players but like you said they may have an AFC affiliation but not in the AFC. However, I’m relying on the search function to insert all AFC Players!

Also, if you look at the picture thread you’ll see I had all AFC Players and got the AFC Key, then the next pic shows I didn’t receive the key but had the exact same lineup as I did when I was awarded the key. So, EA needs to fix this and restore stamina at least to offset not giving it to me!
