App won't open on Android.

all day the app has ran like crap.

ntos, force closes and black screens.

all time worse today. it has been a struggle to play today. 

It's game day, of course there's going to be a lot of people on. today is the first time I've had the black screen issues.

all trouble shooting steps done on my end. 

ea spend some of that money you rake in from all the players on thus app and update and upgrade things on your end.

I reinstalled the app as well as cleared the cache and it still shows a black screen lol

Yes exactly something is similar happened to me and I also tried a hard to fix it but I can't.

What kind of device do you have and does it show the black screen when you're going into a game or right when the app starts up? If you're able to go to the Madden Mobile main menu, visit Settings>Preferences>Put the graphical slider to low. Let us know if that helps.
