Are you gonna stay with OD boosts?

If the weaker teams are gonna continue to be rewarded for not upgrading their teams in Overdrive , can an admin tell me so? I wont worry about even looking at that tab anymore. There's too many problems with it to make it worth putting up with, much less get losses because of players dont upgrade.
