Arena bug - Making me redo the play over again as if it never happened

This is likely a server de-sync between you and the opponent which is ultimately connectivity related. I've seen the reports of players experiencing trouble with games on the weekend when volume picks up (especially Sundays when football is on) and we've relayed that over to the team. If it's constantly happening, it doesn't hurt to run through some quick steps to maximize your WiFi strength to reduce the amount of de-syncs you encounter.
Here is my advice:- Perform the troubleshooting steps via the links below
- Remove the WiFi network from your device and re-add it
- If you have an option for 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz connections, try swapping to the other one.
- Toggle WiFi off and back on
- Clear the cache for the Madden NFL 21 Mobile app
- Clear space on your device and close all other apps while playing
