Arena needs massive changes ASAP
First off it's the only competitive mode left with OD gone so making it pay to play is ridiculous but let's look past that for now. Just got a matchup on my first attempt that was me 2400 vs them 30...

@EA_BlueberrySeriously 2 matchups 2500 over in a row? If anything it's worse than ever. What ever, if anything, is being done, it's not working. Something else needs to be done. You need to stop stealing money from the customers! This is terrible and EA is doing nothing that i can see to fix it. Am i just wasting my time here? Can you just tell me that nothing is going to be done so i can just quit trying for change that is not going to happen because that is what it looks like! Seriously, can I get a response about my awesome and simple idea of returning your ticket in a hard or very hard loss (that would basically solve most of what is wrong with your system)? The lack of response on this is pathetic.
Edit: seriously this is so bad it made an EA game changer quit the franchise.... clap clap clap.... well done!

- @EA_Blueberry Still terrible. Every match is either an auto win or auto loss.... this whole format was a mistake! the huge differences in overall appear to make it impossible to get the match making right. Even if you implemented a fix like giving a ticket back in an auto loss the fun is just sucked out of the game when every match turns into auto win/ loss.....
@EA_Blueberry2 matches this morning, 1st match of each ticket! -1700 and -2000. May as well throw $2 down the toilet. STOP STEALING MY MONEY! fix this now! I still need to find out what government agency to file a complaint with so you have some time to fix it before the poop hits the fan....
And a 3rd ticket down the toilet..... at least this one was a more reasonable -600 but still another hard+ matchup on the first try of a ticket. The worst part is if you get 0 points in those super poopy match ups you lose ground too due to the loss penalty. Just all kinds bad mismanagement going on. No one seems to actually want to fix it.....

Rest assured your feedback and others here are being heard. The Community Manager announced Community Arena today and some ideas they're spitballing on how they can get a fair balanced arena game for the future, such as Community Tournaments with OVR restrictions, registration, etc. Check out the stream recap here below.
