Field Pass never deposited to my account

I purchased the VIP field pass yesterday, but the VIP Field pass was never made available in my account. Ive added a receipt in the  attachment below from Apple App Store as proof of payment.

I tried to report through “contact us” on the EA Help page but there is no acceptable field for console? I tried putting mobile, PS5, PlayStation, Sony, Microsoft, Xbox, basically anything that’ll let me move forward, but couldn’t get past that page.
