For whatever reason EA classified the Super Bowl Player Ups as part of the LI program. If you're looking for elites that can be used in the MVP set, use an OVR Min of 91, that additional filter will eliminate the Player Ups.

I know what ya mean, i accidentally spent about 500k on ups players thinking they could be used in the MVP event. After reselling them i lost about 240k.
