Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I'm having Auction House problems. I've purchased two elite collectible cards. It shows that I win them in auction and it takes my coins but I haven't recieved the cards yet. It's frustrating because I need these cards back and all it's doing is taking my coins!

- I also had the same thing happen to me I lost close to 70,000 I tried selling 2 players and no one bid and I didn't get my players back or the money that i used to buy another 2 players I won
- This is happening to me too!! It's frustsrating and I want my players! I've only spent like 5k, but it doesn't matter I still want my players!

- I put a player up but he just disappeared when i checked later on. Is there anything that can be done
Add me to the list of people that lost players/money last night. Bid on about 20 elite trophies and it took my money, showed me winning the auction on 4, the rest never showed up on my bids. Wouldn't let me click on the trophies to get the item, then this morning, no items, no coins. That's over $150K gone. Fix please.

Still never got the card.

It's been about 36 hours and still haven't gotten Odell back pls help
On 12.05, I encountered login failure on both my iPad and iPhone. After many tries, I managed to login via the iPhone. To this day, the iPad is still encountering login failures. In addition, a Mario Williams Elite 86 card disappeared from My Auctions without explanation. It seems that what plagued FIFA 15: Ultimate Team's auction in early 2015 has effected Madden NFL Mobile.
After updating to v2.9.5 on 12.09, currency from each unsuccessful bid was not returned and it drained my account of over $150,000+.
Contacting an EA Game Advisor has proven futile as the wait times have been over 30 minutes (I give up after that). Posting via Twitter on @EAMaddenMobile and @AskEASupport have not been helpful either. Hopefully, EA will figure something out shortly. Hang in there everyone!
