Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I recently placed a 20000 bid on an elite Cameron wake card. However, after a while I was outbid and as usual you get your money back. I did not receive my money this I didn't get a refund. The game stole my money and this frustrates me. Is there a way I can get money back or I can be given money to replace what I lost?

I have lost over 30 thousand coins also in the auction house

- Yeah me too and I had a player sell for 100 k and I never received that I'm missing almost 200 k worth of coins
Same thing has happened to me, I lost 1.45 mil in coins I bid on Flashback Suh and got out bid and bid again then realized that none of my coins were ever returned when I was out big again.
I contacted ea via phone and the person had no information for me, and pushed me off the phone hanging up when I was trying to ask questions.
Hope the coins get returned, I enjoy the game and just wanting it to work doesnt seem like to much to ask.

- Same here lost my elites I sold and lost my money on the stuff I was bidding on
- Ok guys no need to panic you all will get ur coins or players back this has happened to me more then once and have always got them back.Yes it is annoying bit last time I had my stuff back in a hour but can take up to 24 hours.You can contact EA but wait times are crazy right now an they are going to probably tell you the same thing I'm waiting on some stuff my self.They really need to fix this its getting old but don't worrie to much cause you will get it all back
Yes there is problem in AH.was outbid didn't get back coins and when i won the item it can't be claimed. I have lost 58k and then i stopped to report the issue here. Similar experience of others in league
- Lost over 900k before I realized what was going on. Was trying to buy elite trophies for the deion sanders card plus a few other things
- I lost 950,000 bidding on P Brandon Fields (92). Feels even worse knowing I lost it on a punter!
I placed two seperate bids today. I won both bids, however all my money was taken and I never received the player. If this isnt solved, I will never play this game again. I have been playing for two years now. I am really tired of all the crashing and lost money!!! I have included one of my screenshots that show my bid is just sitting there!!!!! Now im out of close to $100,000!!! What gives??!!!
