Auction Glitch

Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

    Don't panic I no that Fitz card is alot of coins 650 k is what it cost me.This has happened to me more then once an have always got it back.Last time I got my stuff back in a hour but can take up to 24 hours and with so many people having this issue right now including me I'm guessing it may take a bit longer.Wait time on contacting EA is really now to

    I contacted EA its a big problem tonight. The guy said they are working to fix it...... whatever that means. How they will ever figure out where each player or how many coins each player lost is beyond me. I lost 70 K. Id do anything to have it back

    I am having this same issue.  My entire auction is frozen....very frustrating.  Can you please tell me how to get in contact with someone about this?

    If you want to contact EA go to my cases under help or just type Madden mobile help in Google an follow the steps but wait times are crazy like 90 minutes or more so good luck bud

    I understand there was a glitch, but when can I get my stuff back? This is an injustice. A tragedy. Please can someone help?

    I want my 100,000 + coins back that I spent in auction and never received the players I bid/ bought.

    I bid on players in auction. It said I was highest bidder took my money from afew bids all highest bidder. tapped on my bids tab and nothing. checked to see if I had the items I bid for NOPE nothing but my coins were gone and no items I bid for. thanks
