Auction Glitch

Spent over 70,000 coins in the auction house on two Road to the Playoff elite signs. I didn't get the cards and my coins were not given back to me. I see this is happening to a lot of people right now and it's complete *. I want a refund.

This also happened to me 

They've known this has been happening for at least 7 days now, I opened a case on 10 Dec.

My last response tonight on the matter, just want to get the word out.

Madden Mobile userid 42734725, my player didn't appear to get sold or come back from auction house, today 12/17/15.  This is the second time this has happened to me.  The player/card is 87 C Corey Linsley.  Can you get this back for me and/or tell me what is happening with these auction house losses?

The AH database just caught up and I got my coins back for tonight.  

I hope everyone gets their's back soon as well.

Still missing 56k or so from the 10th.  

What do I do if my auction that I posted dissapeared

I also lost coins twice and if the problem does get fixed it's not going to get our coins back
