Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Hello EA Support,
Yesterday I had a lot of players selling in the auction, but never got notification they sold. I went to check and it said most of them sold, but I couldn't collect my proceeds. A hour or so later I checked again and all of those players were gone and the money didn't get deposited into my account. I waited until today to send this to you guys in case something happened where I got the money, but I didn't. What should I do in order to receive the 200k or so I had in the auction house I lost?

- I recently sold Patrick Peterson totw edition I was monitoring the bidding as it was in its last seconds and the final bid was at 141,130 It finally ended and I refreshed the Auction house to get my earnings and it was still stuck at pending so I restarted my game looked on my bench and I still didn't revive the money. Than when I came on this morning he was not him even in my auctions my team unclaimed items benched players etc please help me
