Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

My account is under shdaow in Madden Mobile for the iPhone.
I put up the Road to the Playoffs Travis Frederick (93 OVR Center) for sale in the auction house, along with 3 or 4 other players, and they've all disappeared from my account. There were no notifications if they were sold, or if the auctions expired. Afterwards, I sold a few Trophies on the AH, and they transacted fine.
I'm out a significant amount of coins due to this bug... spent a few weeks saving up to be able to get Travis and sell him on AH.
Please help me get my player or coins restored.
Welcome to the club of the Victims of EA (Eternal A****les)......BTW, you can kiss your players goodbye, because there is no one at Eternal A****les (EA) that has a clue what's happening for 5 days now.
- I also lost around 120k in coins and elite trophies. I have asked support everyday and it unfortunately is the same response. They are aware and are working on it and have advised to stay off the auction house until it is resolved. My last contact was about a day ago and I have got a status update each day since the 10th. Sucks but these thing happen and all we can do is wait.
