The best thing to do is contact EA Support through this link: https://help.ea.com/ . They will be able to assist you with this problem

I didn’t lose my coins but for some reason I can’t get in the auction house on madden mobile I haven’t been on there for days I have been working on the super bowl event but for some reason I can’t get in it
