Auction house still down coins refunded. Ea closed the case as others have mentioned and no news about the auction issues .

Yep, I have been on the phone with them 3 different times. Each time they tell me that they are forwarding my case to the 'Terms and Conditions department". I ask for a timeline and they say that they should respond by email in 24 hours. That has not happened hence why I've called them every 48 hours after not getting an email response. My case is still open at least... What good are the coins we got back if we can't use them?
