scammed by ea employee

My Madden mobile account was hacked and I was charged money and scammed by an EA employee who promised to help get the account back.

You were almost certainly not in contact with an actual EA employee but someone claiming to be one.

It was most certainly an EA employee, they provided information that only an employee would have access to. They provided and showed me personal game information. 

I would know the difference between a phishing scam and just a scammer.
