- Anonymous9 years agoI guess im not getting 94 deion
- Anonymous9 years agoThis is disgraceful, it has been a full week since the suspensions and they still haven’t even fully addressed the whole issue
- Anonymous9 years agoI've heard it's because people who aren't adept at AH flipping are upset they can't hustle. People who just make alot of in-game money without spending alot of cash got AH banned as a way of saying "slow down". I've also heard it could be some glitch in their game to cause reposting. If so than we are being punished for their mistake in-game even if you didn't realize it was happening. I would repost everything till it sold with so many items up at a time I could never tell. Honestly I wouldn't care at this point either way if they would just man up and say something. It is absolutely cowardly because they were told not to respond by superiors who can't do their job and make stupid decisions with misguided power plays. I hope anybody woth ban is firmly keeping their wallets closed until this is resolved. Worst of all you go on YouTube and ALL the cheaters are STILL THERE!
- Except that it didn’t happen

Me too It has now been over a week since I got "banned" for no apparent reason. The only reason that it may be is that the believe I bought coins because I had 9 million coins in my account but this was all due to the sales of MF Adrian Peterson that I got in a free Jack-O-Lantern from EA not from the purchase of coins.
I am just wanting to know from EA when I can get access to the Auction House once again.
- Anonymous9 years agoI ended up contacting Apple about the issue. The goal of my request to Apple was to express concern over the money I paid them and EA for Madden Cash on a game that no longer had the functionality and use that it was originally intended to provide.
I contested the $169.96 I paid on 4 separate in game purchases for Madden Cash. I provided a myriad of screenshots to demonstrate that it was happening to countless Madden Mobile users expressing frustration on public forums. I made it clear that I would prefer to simply have full use of the game and keep everything I paid for and earned but EA wasn’t able to show a resolution to the issue and refused to provide a date for resolution.
The iTunes representative was very friendly, apologized, and refunded my entire in game purchase amount. Case closed.
In the end Apple simply pulls the revenue back from the developer in a situation like this. I don’t quite understand why a developer would procrastinate in finding the fix. In my own personal opinion, a reasonable timeframe for an issue of this type is not weeks like this one is trending towards. - Anonymous9 years ago
I finally got a response, and it appears to be the same form letter that many others have received:
Product Name: Madden NFL Mobile
Thank you for contacting us regarding the action that was taken on your account.
The action pertains to the following violation:
Promote, encourage or take part in any activity involving hacking, cracking, phishing, taking advantage of exploits or cheats and/or distribution of counterfeit software and/or virtual currency/items
After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly and will not remove this sanction from your account.
When the suspension period ends, you can log back into your account.
Again, I did none of those things. This does not tell me specifically why I was targeted with this ban. It does not tell me when the suspension period will end. And it does not tell me how I can avoid getting banned like this again.
This is incredibly frustrating. I missed out on the AH during the biggest promo of the year so far, and I still do not know why. I have lost millions and missed out on millions more and I still do not know why. I do not know when or if I will ever get back in the AH. And even if I get back in, I still have no idea how to avoid getting banned again in the future.
EA is showing a level of disregard for their active players that borders on contempt.
I've been patient, waiting for clear communication or a resolution. But this latest message is neither. I will no longer give EA any of my money. I will start the process to get refunds for the money that I have spent this season. And if the ban is not lifted soon, I will probably walk away from the game.
- It’s obvious that EA doesn’t care about us ppl that they incorrectly punished. No Auction House for weeks simply because I played too much and that made them suspicious. Anyone here who would spend another cent on any of their products is a fool.
Customer service is pathetic. - Anonymous9 years agoIf you have spent real money obtaining items cleanly, you can organize a class action law suit on the bases of fraud. If you get the right court into this, EA can be sued for commission of fraud since real money is involved.
