Community Admin@kaiobak Hey, do you still hear music? If the game loads do you ever get invisible players?

Sorry, but unfortunately there are some devices the game won't run on. Can I check what devices you're trying to use, and any troubleshooting steps tried?
I would download it and it showed the ea logo and then just a black screen then 10 seconds later I hear music in the background fix it plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

What type of device do you play on? I'm concerned the device might not be compatible to launch the game or you might need to install the latest updates for your device. We have some quick troubleshooting steps below if you wanted to run through those real quick.
