Boost upgrades Tier II
The 2nd tier boost for WR/TE Athleticism requires 1st tier to be at level 5 and it’s at level 7. Am I reading this right? See pic 2
@lkbroach @You also have to have spent 250 Battery Packs. Your picture shows you only have spent 215 so far. That's why you cant upgrade the TierIi yet
