Not giving boost. I unlocked both but neither are available to me

It's showing you completed both at the top where it showed 1/1. Are you sure you don't already have it being applied?
Applied? I thought they would be in my boost or scouting ?

Are you able to equip the boost from the Front Office? Nope . Can’t find anywhere.

That's odd. Have you tried reinstalling the app yet so there's fresh files? If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.
I have . Actually owned them while going threw Neon debacle (was reinstalling daily ) . Im going after one of the reducers next just to see if I can apply it.
