Any update on this bug? I also have this problem since the begining of the season, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S20 +.

Hey, everyone.
For those still impacted by this after 12/30/20 can you direct message me the following below to swing over to the team. They need some more examples.- Madden Mobile User ID (it's the number located in the top right corner when you go to settings in game. DO NOT SHARE PUBLICLY)
- Device type and software version
- 5 years ago@EA_Blueberry I also have the same issue. I am using Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G and android 11. One Ui version is 3.1. Madden Mobile Version is 7.3.3. How can I send you a message?
