Bug - screen goes black when tackled on rushing plays

I'm having an issue during gameplay where the screen goes temporarily black on rushing plays when my player gets tackled. It also seems to happen again after I kick off to the opponent. I'm on a Sams...

Any update on this bug? I also have this problem since the begining of the season, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S20 +.

Hey, everyone.

For those still impacted by this after 12/30/20 can you direct message me the following below to swing over to the team. They need some more examples.

Madden Mobile User ID (it's the number located in the top right corner when you go to settings in game. DO NOT SHARE PUBLICLY)
Device type and software version

@EA_Blueberry I also have the same issue. I am using Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G and android 11. One Ui version is 3.1. Madden Mobile Version is 7.3.3. How can I send you a message?

    I opened the case for this issue in EA support but there's no reply yet and send message for this issue to EA Advisor but not yet read it.
    It's very unpleasant user experience from EA.
