[BUG] Jalen Ramsey Master Series Resetting

I completed jalen Ramsey master series but it didn’t unlock the next Lamar it just sent me back to the beginning of the jalen Ramsey master series

Marking this as solved just for visibility. The issue is still under investigation, and we are not considering this resolved at the moment.

Hey, everyone.

The Community Manager made a post last night with the following details surrounding this. We'll continue to update this thread with information as we get it. Thank you for hanging in there for us and for everyone that has been sending us your details via DM, really appreciate the help!!!

Tonight we put out a stopgap measure so that no more users will have the Jalen Ramsey Gauntlet reset incorrectly. So now, if users complete Jalen Ramsey, that gauntlet will complete appropriately, and Lamar Jackson bonus round will open up.

We are working on a fix still to retroactively fix the players who are stuck in Jalen Ramsey Gauntlet after completing it already. No ETA on that yet, but we are working on it.

Have you tried restarting your device and then repeatedly tapping around the area I circled? I had some trouble myself getting the event to pop up, but selecting a different event and then going back to that area I circled to tap around should get it to pop up for you. Some players have mentioned restarting their device ultimately helped out with it too.

@EA_Blueberry This solution worked. There is a hidden event/full game to be played. I had to tap that general area to finish the L. Jackson shades series as well, but the bug has finally been bypassed.

So it seems EA has not fully fixed or even finished coding the game. Lots of bugs. I'm mad we had to lose all our old Madden mobile players and stats. I like most players worked hard to build there teams. some payed some didnt,but we all put our time in.

@22dhande76 Click all over the Jalen Ramsey and a challenge should pop up. You have to win a full game. It finally worked for me. Good luck!
