Upon completing the Ramsey master series, the game won't let me progress into Lamar Jackson series. It is stuck at Ramsey series because it reset itself.
I got Jalen Ramsey but I can't upgrade Lamar Jackson to 81ovr because I can't get Lamar Jackson's Shades collectible.
Now I gotta play the game with 79ovr QB while others go on with 83ovr QB. I complained n reported the issue to tech support n this genius tells me that there's nothing they can do and that EA isnt even sorry for the inconvenience that their incomplete game has caused me. Here's a transcript.

However, I know you would understand that as this is completely server dependent it is beyond our support limits as the we won't be able to alter it as the server won't accept an overwrite from our very end . I know you would understand this.Please don't get me wrong here, had there been an option for us. I would have loved to do this for you. I know you believe this.
