Madden mobile 21 keeps crashing after I open the app and play the tutorial then close it then it refuses to launch back up. Device had no problems running madden mobile 20. Amazon fire hd 6 4th gen

@HOFBALLER19 Restart your device and then try the following: If your mobile device meets the requirements but your game is still crashing, you can try lowering the Quality settings in the game’s menu: Tap the menu icon (the three lines on the top left corner of the main menu). Tap the Settings cogwheel. Tap Edit next to Preferences. Under the Visual section, drag the Quality setting down to a lower setting and see if your game stops crashing. I mean can you patch so this doesn't happen on fire hd6 4th gen and also tell me if this device meets requirements

Hi, @HOFBALLER19 I'm afraid Amazon devices are not supported for Madden NFL Mobile. The game isn’t working on my device You’ll need a device with OGLES 3.0 and 1G RAM to play. That means it will have specs equivalent to the Samsung Galaxy S5 or newer for Google Play devices, or an iPhone that supports iOS 10 or newer. If your device can run the game, make sure you have the most up to date version of it: Apple App Store: In the App Store, tap the Updates tab on the bottom bar. Find Madden NFL Mobile in that list and tap Update. Google Play: In Google Play Store, go to My apps & games. In the Updates tab, check if there’s a newer version of Madden NFL Mobile. @RE3Playz Does it give you the option to connect to Facebook under your account settings in game? I'm concerned you didn't select a high enough age when registering your account in order to take part of social features.

@RE3Playz If you don't see that option, I'm afraid you won't be able to join a league due to your age selection. The option to change your age will be available in the next season of Madden NFL Mobile.
