Bug report- madden mobile 21

Restart your device and then try the following: 

If your mobile device meets the requirements but your game is still crashing, you can try lowering the Quality settings in the game’s menu:

1. Tap the menu icon (the three lines on the top left corner of the main menu).
2. Tap the Settings cogwheel.
3. Tap Edit next to Preferences.
4. Under the Visual section, drag the Quality setting down to a lower setting and see if your game stops crashing.

If you don’t have the option to adjust the Quality settings, then your device is most likely on the lower end of the minimum requirements.

I mean can you patch so this doesn't happen on fire hd6 4th gen and also tell me if this device meets requirements

I'm afraid Amazon devices are not supported for Madden NFL Mobile.

The game isn’t working on my device

You’ll need a device with OGLES 3.0 and 1G RAM to play. That means it will have specs equivalent to the Samsung Galaxy S5 or newer for Google Play devices, or an iPhone that supports iOS 10 or newer.

If your device can run the game, make sure you have the most up to date version of it:

• Apple App Store: In the App Store, tap the Updates tab on the bottom bar. Find Madden NFL Mobile in that list and tap Update.
• Google Play: In Google Play Store, go to My apps & games. In the Updates tab, check if there’s a newer version of Madden NFL Mobile.

Amazon devices are not supported for Madden NFL Mobile.

When I log in to madden mobile on iPhone XR, it only lets me access the solos screen, and when I try and push buttons like the inbox or 3 bars in the top left corner, it won’t let me.

@Geezz321 The team is aware of that and looking into it. Are you able to access the areas you're having trouble with if you restart your device or reinstall the app?

Well how come I was able to play Madden mobile 20 on Amazon device

@EA_Blueberry Can we have the shoe option in jersey custom and get all the alternate for teams or at least a promo where you can unlock alt for teams you want by playing their event. I also would like if season mode had a playoff bracket and standings and a individual stats sheet that keeps track of each players stats. Ex.

I've been having this weird gameplay bug that no one else seems to have. I'm on Kindle Fire HD 8. I've tried deleting and downloading but that didn't work. Is there any way I can fix this?

While you may be able to play on Amazon devices, we cannot guarantee any technical issues you might face throughout playing it. Amazon devices are unfortunately not supported for Madden Mobile. 

Why can't you make it compatible one and maybe a patch can fix this problem even if it doesn't work on fire tablet the patch can fix the crashing
