Any of the EA people on here care to say a peep about this? If you want a pile of screen shots of completing goals and no progress, happy to provide 18 more times to your "support" people. Pretty much impossible to build a competitive team with his handicap. Any acknowledgement would be helpful or else people affected by this are going to have to stop playing the game. Not spending a penny until this is fixed and if it's not soon, after playing game since the beginning, I'm out.
Community AdminI think there are a few issues here that may be separate from the initial one this thread was created for.
Can I check what everyone's home screen looks like? Does it still say "welcome" or is it showing the Competitive Series?
@dennisp280 If you go into Solos > Programs > Madden Academy do the coaches and captains show as unlocked like West Coast here, or still locked like Spread? Are you still on the tutorial screen like the others here?
@lewylew11 @jonathan52504 @expiredfundip If you click the menu button in the top left, then Items > Unclaimed Items is there anything in there?
There is nothing there I didn't get the coach's or captains from doing the academy but I'm glad you are trying to figure this out @EA_David

I did it already got the rewards but the academy I didn't get the rewards don't know why. if you want i can list some of the things I can't get @EA_David
Thanks @EA_David - once I completed all the events in that tab, the tab disappeared entirely. I only have Legacy, Today and Team History tabs in the Solo/Programs options. Hope this helps - can post screenshots of anything if helpful.

Home screen is still welcome screen. There are no items in my unclaimed items. Also, Still no dailys.

I completed the Overdrive Academy events and it disappeared from my Programs but all of the overdrive captains and coaches are still locked for me. I created a guest account and it works fine. My home screen says 'Welcome' and does not mention the Competitive series. I have no unclaimed items.

@andyv013 Can I check you tried the same account on both devices? Can I check the model and OS version on these?
I can't log in at all on my chromebook(screen just goes black). But that is another issue wasn't overly concern about it. I will try again.
