daily goals, feats, achievements only one coach and captain, no news,  can not od pack for 3k points and i spent 200 legacy did not receive auction house reducer

FYI I have signed on with a different account on the same phone and there is no problem with that account.

I completed the Overdrive Academy events and it disappeared from my Programs but all of the overdrive captains and coaches are still locked for me. I created a guest account and it works fine. My home screen says 'Welcome' and does not mention the Competitive series. I have no unclaimed items.

I am having the same issues i have Samsung note 8 on android 9 and kernel 4.4

Cannot complete any daily goals, none of the events show any progress, etc.... This is beyond frustrating.  Have tried everything and customer service has not been able to help.  I am experiencing this problem on both an iPad and iPhone.

Thanks for the info. Can anyone on android affected try logging into a 2nd device as a test and see if the issue persists? I suspect it will, and any confirmation will help.

@andyv013 Can I check you tried the same account on both devices? Can I check the model and OS version on these?

I can't log in at all on my chromebook(screen just goes black). But that is another issue wasn't overly concern about it. I will try again.

I tried the same account on both devices.  The iPad is running iOS 12.4, the iPhone (XS Max) is running iOS 13.  I also have the same generic welcome home screen.

installed on old galaxy s7 same issue

Google pixel 2 Android 9 kernel version 4.4.169.

I've been emailing screenshots and told there was nothing they can do.
