@EA_David I have similar welcome screen. iphone7 iOS 12.4 - up to date. Appreciate your help looking into it.

I have the same issues, @EA_David

Cannot complete any daily goals, none of the events show any progress, etc.... This is beyond frustrating. Have tried everything and customer service has not been able to help. I am experiencing this problem on both an iPad and iPhone.
