Can't play no matches on madden mobile 26

Ive been having a issue since the most feared event where I try to start a match and it gets to  loading  audio 99% u hear the crowd but the game never loads i get stuck at the matchup screen cycling through team matchups I can get select event matches and core but I cant do any other matches not even season I have checked my network, made sure my game and phone is up to date my time correct that I have network no vpn , wiped cache, cleared storage,uninstalled the game and reinstalled, moved the game to external storage for more space, lowered my visual settings contacted support numerous times yet im still having the same issue
