True, and I thank @EA_david for providing the message. But you have to work a system that is rotten to the core
In my case (and others) something strange happened. The wrong player unlocked. Nobody has explained that. In my opinion that's problems with programming. You can't just say "You exchanged the wrong card, too bad for you"
Also I asked some questions in the post. Nobody cared to answere those either.
Hence nobody seems to care or explain anything. Just blame your customers in doing wrong, and make them feel nothing more than money trees where you can pick from endless... good strategy EA..... this strategy makes me want to max out my credit card and throw more money at you....yeah right....
But as you can read in that post.
I've had enough... good luck with this mess...
