Cash button missing

My cash button has been missing for several days now, I’ve filed help requests on ea help, ea help fb, opened a claim ticket, filed a bug report. I’m pissed because I only needed one rudolf or Santa to finish my Bo Jackson set but couldn’t buy any cash. Even when I selected the Rudolph pack it wouldn’t take me to buy cash and now today even if they fix it the last chance Rudolph is gone. You would think that a missing cash tab would be a top priority for a cash grab company like ea. And yes I did all the routine troubleshooting steps to no avail.

Thank you for getting back and my sincerely apologies for the delayed response. I strongly recommend contact our Support team so they're able to pull up your account to get a specialist to take a look to see if anything on the back-end is preventing cash from being available.

Please submit a case via in-game by going to Settings>Help. Do not choose to report a bug or else you will not receive a response from our team. Choose account or missing items as the category.

This has happened to me a couple times and the only thing that has helped me occasionally was logging out, clearing my madden and Apple caches, then restarting my device. Log back in. It’s only worked 3 out of 15? times. Also make sure you don’t empty or clear all memory data it can screw up the game. This only works if you log in through FB or some connected account as far as I know and I’ve never heard back from EA about a resolution. And currently it’s missing the coin button. Try logging in a a guest also. This worked once.

Let us know if any of the steps @drsmartass1776 mentioned helps. Do you know if you have any pending transactions on your Apple/Google account which could be restricting the ability to purchase cash to appear?

No, they did not work so far and what’s strange is my son has his account on this same device and we share the same apple account and his has the cash button on his

I have 2 accounts so I can have two teams on the same device also, but I feel you. It’s frustrating. Sorry my suggestions didn’t help.

Nope, still no cash button, guess I just can’t spend anymore real money. What really sucks is I only needed one more Rudolph or Santa or 200 more holiday cheer to finish the Bo Jackson set and then the last chance Rudolph came out but I couldn’t purchase because there’s no cash button. I’m feeling pretty ripped off because of this glitch and may call it a season.

Is your game linked up to Facebook? If so, try going to your FB app and under Settings>Apps remove the device you have listed. Then restart your device, load up Madden Mobile and try syncing it back up again. As long as you have the game linked to Google/Apple you won't lose your progress if you reinstall. From what I've been able to find online and from others that experienced this in the past, this can be fixed by reinstalling. If you've done it before, trying a reinstall again or two might just do the trick.

I’ve tried this and it didn’t work, the problem isn’t on my end it’s ion your end. 50% of my league (5 of 10) has the exact same problem, most of them don’t care because they never buy cash. (Sounds like a good strategy.) As far as I’m concerned it’s done and over, even if I get the cash button fixed it’s too late I missed out on my Bo Jackson set, so it doesn’t matter to me anymore.
