Charged twice for premium pass

Question

Help please! On wednesday i was charged twice for the premium pass. I bought it through the EA web store then when i logged into madden mobile the item was in the in game store so accidentally bought it again ! It shouldn't have been showing up in the in game store since zi purchased it through EA web store prior to going into game anyway. So I was charged $29.99 twice for the same item which i didn't benefit anything from . There is no contact option neither through in game help or ea help website ..I'm a very loyal customer beyond loyal actually and deserve help please and thank you&nbsp;

I was told the other day rather rudely to contact apple and apple says contact you and now I can't. If this is how more than loyal customers are treated then it's sad. I have receipts for both purchases&nbsp;

Me too and crazy part is they charged me $100 I contacted the bank they said they retrieve the money I go to play the next day and my account was suspended for low balance so I had to pay another $100 to get my account open it was crazy and sad fr they only care about is the devil money instead of their customers&nbsp;
