App deleted and all data gone.

the last three packs i bought for my son weren’t showing up in the game, so i was trouble shooting, nothing was working so i deleted the app and re downloaded, problem is my 7 year old son was playing using the Game Center on his iPad, so no real profile. Now, not only are the three packs missing, all his data is gone, all the older packs, all his wins, everything. I cants ‘em to find any way to call. It should not be this hard to just approve purchase on a pack and have it show up in the game but alas, is there anything we can do here? I’ve spent hundreds of dollars, all gone
