I am having the same exact problem. My Booster is max 5/5 but my cool down is 96 minutes instead of 60 minutes. This is lame that it hasn't been addressed yet. I really believed it was a good enough event to buy Madden Cash. EA live support guided me here, but this can't be a bug exclusive to few. 6 days left for the Color Rush event.
